How do I know it is the battery?
If the controller drains much faster than before, or shuts down mid-game even though it was charged, the battery is worn. The diagnosis is free.
My controller’s battery is swollen: what should I do?
Stop charging it and bring it in: a swollen battery must be replaced quickly. It must not be shipped by mail.
Do I need to bring the console?
No, the controller is enough. We check charging before returning it to you.
How long does the battery replacement take?
2 hours from when we receive your controller. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
Can I send my controller for the battery replacement from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers all of Canada. Your label is emailed to you after booking. Pack your controller in a rigid box with padding.
Is my controller insured during shipping?
Yes, your controller is insured for its value both ways, with tracking and signature on delivery.
