Your controller can be repaired, in about 2 hours
We repair PS5 (DualSense), PS4 (DualShock 4), Xbox Series and Xbox One controllers, Joy-Con and the Switch Pro controller, in our Montreal workshop or by mail across Canada. Every repair comes with a 1-year warranty, parts and labour included.
Stick drift
Character or camera moving on its own? We replace both joysticks, analog or TMR with a magnetic sensor, then recalibrate them. From $49.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a controller repair cost?
Most controller repairs are $49: buttons, triggers, charging port and battery. For stick drift, it is $49 with analog joysticks or $65 with TMR joysticks, both joysticks included.
Can a drifting controller be repaired?
Yes. Stick drift comes from joystick wear: we always replace both joysticks, even if only one is drifting, then recalibrate them. No need to buy a new controller.
How long does the repair take?
About 2 hours on average in our workshop. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
Which controllers do you repair?
PS5 (DualSense), PS4 (DualShock 4), Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One controllers, left and right Joy-Con and the Switch Pro controller.
Can I send my controller by mail?
Yes. Book online and choose “By mail”: your Purolator label is emailed to you, and we ship your repaired controller back with tracking.
