Refurbishing is a business-to-business service: its rates are reserved for pro accounts. Request your (free) account with the button at the bottom of the page — rates show in the grid from your first sign-in.

Instead of a transfer, your buyback amount plus 10 % is credited to your pro account. It is automatically deducted from your next refurbishing invoices, with no expiry date.

We send you a photo and the reason. You decide: we return it (at your cost) or recycle it for free.

In-store drop-off is always free. By Purolator, shipping is free from 300 $ of submitted volume (Quebec zone); below that, a flat fee of 15,00 $ applies.
