Who can get Pro access?

Repair shops, parts resellers, and any professional with regular volume of screens to sell, buy back or refurbish.

How is payment handled?

For buybacks: Interac transfer or credit on your Micro-Techno account, within 48h of receipt and inspection. For paid services (refurbishing, purchase): standard invoicing with GST/QST.

What happens if a screen is rejected at inspection?

We send you a photo and the reason for rejection. You decide: we send it back (at your cost) or we recycle it for free.

How long to activate my Pro access?

Within 24 business hours of receiving your request. We may ask for proof (NEQ, supplier invoice) to verify your professional activity.
