No longer chargesThe controller does not charge, even with another cable.
Loose connectionIt only charges when you hold or bend the cable.
Cable won’t stay inThe cable slips out or no longer clicks into the port.
Intermittent chargingThe charging light keeps turning on and off.
With repeated plugging, the charging port (USB-C (Series) or micro-USB (One)) wears out or comes loose from the board. We replace it by micro-soldering, then check charging and the wired connection.
If the controller only charges when you move the cable, it is the port. If it charges normally but drains quickly, it is the battery. The diagnosis is free.
Try another cable and another charger first: if the problem persists, the port is most likely at fault.

Your character or camera moves on its own, without touching the joystick? That is “stick drift”, a very common joystick wear issue. No need to buy a new controller: we replace the joysticks, with a choice of standard analog joysticks or TMR joysticks, more durable and designed to resist drift. Bring your controllers along with your console.
We reply as soon as we reopen.
