Pixel 11 Pro Fold screen repair

My glass is cracked but the picture looks normal: do I need the full screen?

On the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, the glass and the display are bonded together: we replace the complete screen assembly. The price shown includes parts and labour.

How do I find my exact Pixel model?

Open Settings › About phone: the model name is shown under “Model”.

Can I send my Pixel from outside Montreal?

Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.

How long does the repair take?

1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.

Is my data kept?

The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend a Google backup before any repair.
