Which iPad Mini models do you repair?

All of them: iPad Mini 7 2024, iPad Mini 6 2021, iPad Mini 5 2019 and iPad Mini 4 2015.

Can I send my iPad from outside Montreal?

Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your iPad is insured both ways with tracking.

How long does the repair take?

24 hours from the time we receive your iPad, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.

Is my data kept?

The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
