iPad screen repair
My glass is cracked but the picture looks normal: which option should I choose?
Touch glass. On these iPad models the glass and the LCD screen are separate parts: if the picture is normal, only the glass is replaced. If the picture shows lines or spots, the LCD screen must be replaced.
Which iPad models do you repair?
All of them: iPad A16 2025, iPad 10 2022, iPad 9 2021, iPad 8 2020, iPad 7 2019, iPad 6 2018 and iPad 5 2017.
Can I send my iPad from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your iPad is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
24 hours from the time we receive your iPad, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
