What's the difference between Glass or Screen Replacement ?

Glass replacement on a device generally refers to the replacement of the outer glass layer covering the screen. This may be necessary in case of cracks or scratches on the external surface, without affecting the functionality of the screen itself.

Screen replacement involves replacing the entire screen assembly, including both the outer glass and the underlying display panel. This is necessary when the screen exhibits malfunctions such as dead pixels, vertical or horizontal lines, complete lack of display or touch problems.

In summary, glass replacement focuses on the outer glass surface, while screen replacement encompasses both the glass and the underlying display technology.
