My iPhone no longer charges: is it the charging port?
Often, yes: a dirty, worn or damaged port prevents charging. We check the cable, the port and the battery for free before any repair.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
2 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
