We start with a free diagnostic to confirm the cameras on your iPhone 14 Pro Max are unaffected. If one lens shows a black image or can no longer focus, a rear camera replacement will be needed, and we tell you before doing any work.
Lens replacement takes about 1.5 hours at our Montreal workshop near Berri-UQAM metro. You can also send us your phone by Purolator. 1-year warranty, and payment after the work is done.

Do you replace the camera too?
No: only the protective glass is replaced, which is enough when the camera works and only the lens is cracked. If photos stay blurry after that, we tell you before any other repair.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
