This repair requires the LCD display to work normally: an image free of spots or lines and reliable touch. It is not possible if the screen has already been replaced in the past. Our free diagnostic checks this and, if needed, points you to a complete screen replacement.
The replacement takes 1 to 1.5 hours at our shop near Berri-UQAM metro. It comes with a 1-year warranty and you pay after the work.

When only the glass is cracked and the picture is perfect, we replace the front glass only. If the picture shows spots or lines, the complete screen assembly must be replaced.

How do I know if the glass alone is enough?
If the picture is perfect and touch works everywhere, the glass alone is enough. If you see spots, lines or a black area, the complete screen must be replaced. We check it for free before any repair.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
