Your iPhone Air no longer turns on and your photos or contacts were not backed up? When possible, we temporarily install parts to get it running again and transfer your data. We recommend bringing a USB flash drive for this service.

What happens if the cause is different?
We examine your iPhone Air for free and tell you the cause and the price before any repair. You decide whether we go ahead.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
After diagnosis from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
