The back of the iPhone X is made of glass, so a crack can spread over time and let dust in. We carefully remove the old glass, fit a new one, and then check that the phone works properly.
This repair takes about 4 hours at our shop at 273 Sainte-Catherine Street East in Montreal. You can also ship your phone by Purolator from anywhere in Canada. Payment is made after the repair, which comes with a 1-year warranty.

Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
4 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
