Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?

All our repairs are guaranteed 1 year. We offer a 6 month warranty for battery replacement.

Our warranty cannot cover breakage or liquid damage of the device. We cannot be responsible for any misuse.


Do I have to make a backup before the repair ?

Yes. There is no risk of data loss during a repair, however we always recommend having a recent backup of your device.


Do you use original parts ?

No. We are not approved by any company in the industry. All our parts are called generic. We have repaired more than 25,000 devices since 2011 and are very proud to be an alternative and independent solution in the industry.

Attention, only authorized centers can install and sell original parts. The list of these centers is available on the website of each manufacturer. If a company sells you original parts but it is not registered on the official website of the brand then it does not tell you the truth. It is not possible to have "contact" or "source" for the original parts except to go through a service center approved by the brand.


Is my device waterproof after repair ?

No. After each repair we reinstall new sealing tights but can not guarantee the waterproof of the device.


What's the difference between "Glass Repair" and "Screen Repair" ?
