Signs of damaged back glass

Cracked backThe back glass is cracked after a fall.

Glass splintersShards come off and can cut your fingers.

Dust and moistureA cracked back no longer protects the inside of the phone.

We remove the damaged back, clean the frame, then fit new back glass with new adhesive. Your data and the inside of the phone are not affected.

Is a cracked back dangerous?

Glass splinters can cut, and dust and moisture get inside the phone more easily. Replacing the back glass protects your Pixel 11 Pro and gives it back a clean finish.

How do I find my exact Pixel model?

Open Settings › About phone: the model name is shown under “Model”.

Can I send my Pixel from outside Montreal?

Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.

How long does the repair take?

1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.

Is my data kept?

The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend a Google backup before any repair.
