Signs of a screen to replace
Cracked or shattered glassAfter a fall, the glass is cracked or splinters at the edges.
Spots or linesBlack or green spots, coloured lines, picture that flickers.
Touch not respondingDead areas, phantom touches or no response at all.
Black screenThe phone rings or vibrates, but nothing shows on the screen.
If the picture and touch still work, glass only is enough and your original display is kept. If the screen shows spots, lines or stays black, the complete screen must be replaced. We test the display, touch and sensors before returning your iPhone 16 Plus.

My glass is cracked but the picture looks normal: which option should I choose?
Glass only. We replace only the glass and keep your original OLED display, for a lower price. If the picture shows spots or lines, the complete screen must be replaced: Economy, Premium or genuine Apple.
What is the difference between Premium and genuine Apple?
Premium offers better display quality than Economy, at the best value for money. The genuine Apple option is a new Apple part, supplied by Apple through its Independent Repair Provider (IRP) program: exactly the original screen of your iPhone.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For glass only, allow 2 to 3 hours. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
