A drop can damage the camera’s focus or stabilization, even without visible marks. Our free diagnostic first checks whether the module is at fault or whether only the protective lens is damaged.
When the module needs replacing, you choose the part that suits you and we carry out the repair at our Montreal shop. You can also send the device by Purolator from anywhere in Canada; payment is made after the repair.

iPhone 16 Plus camera repair
Is it the camera or just the lens?
If the protective glass is cracked but the camera still focuses, replacing the lens may be enough. If photos stay blurry or the camera stays black, the camera module must be replaced. We check it for free before any repair.
How do I find my exact iPhone model?
Open Settings › General › About: the model is shown under “Model Name”.
Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
