With use, the small contact of the power button wears out or comes loose from its flex cable; an impact or moisture can also damage it. We open the device, inspect the flex cable and replace it with a new part, then test locking, powering on and screenshots.

Can I send my iPhone from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1 to 1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend an iCloud backup before any repair.
