Signs of a faulty charging port

Pixel 9 Pro charging port repair
My Pixel no longer charges: is it the charging port?
Often, yes: a dirty, worn or damaged port prevents charging. We check the cable, the port and the battery for free before any repair.
How do I find my exact Pixel model?
Open Settings › About phone: the model name is shown under “Model”.
Can I send my Pixel from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend a Google backup before any repair.
