Pixel 9 Pro screen repair
My glass is cracked but the picture looks normal: do I need the full screen?
On the Pixel 9 Pro, the glass and the display are bonded together: we replace the complete screen assembly, with a genuine Google part. The price shown includes parts and labour.
How do I find my exact Pixel model?
Open Settings › About phone: the model name is shown under “Model”.
Can I send my Pixel from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers the whole country. Your label is emailed to you after booking, and your phone is insured both ways with tracking.
How long does the repair take?
1.5 hours from the time we receive your phone, in store or by mail. For mail-in repairs, add the Purolator shipping time.
Is my data kept?
The repair does not touch the storage: your data stays intact. We still recommend a Google backup before any repair.
