It is the most common cause when no light comes on. First check the power cord and the outlet: if nothing changes, bring it in. The diagnosis is free and we confirm the fault before any work.
Can a power outage damage the power supply?
Yes. A surge or a sudden outage can damage the power supply. A power bar with surge protection reduces this risk.
What if the problem comes from the motherboard?
If the power supply works, the diagnosis continues on the motherboard. We give you the price before any work.

How long does the power supply repair take?
24 hours from when we receive your console. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
Are my games and saves kept?
Yes. The power supply repair does not touch the storage: your games and saves remain intact.
Can I send my console for the power supply repair from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers all of Canada. Your label is emailed to you after booking. Pack your console in a rigid box with padding.
Is my console insured during shipping?
