Xbox consoles use thermal paste between the processor and the heatsink. Over the years it dries out while dust builds up in the fan and the heatsink fins. We fully disassemble the console, clean the whole cooling system, then apply new thermal paste suited to your model.

Why is the Xbox Series X cleaning more expensive?
The Xbox Series X takes longer to disassemble and to reassemble than the other models. The price of each model is shown when you choose it.
How often should an Xbox be cleaned?
It depends on the room: dust, pets or smoke clog the console faster. As soon as the fan becomes louder or the console runs hot, a cleaning is recommended.
How can I prevent my Xbox from overheating?
Leave space around the console, especially above the top vent, and avoid closed cabinets. Never cover the vents.
Which models do you repair?

How long does the cleaning take?
24 hours from when we receive your console. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
