The Xbox One S, One X and Xbox Series have an internal power supply; the original Xbox One uses an external power brick. We measure the voltages to confirm the fault, then replace the power supply so that the console gets stable power again without risk to the motherboard.

My Xbox won’t turn on at all: is it the power supply?
It is the most common cause when nothing happens. Unplug the console for a minute, then try another cord and another outlet. If it still does not start, bring it in: the diagnosis is free.
I have an original Xbox One: what should I bring?
Bring the console and its external power brick. We test both to find out which one is at fault.
What if the problem comes from the motherboard?
If the power supply works, the diagnosis continues on the motherboard. We give you the price before any work.

How long does the power supply repair take?
24 hours from when we receive your console. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
Are my games and saves kept?
Yes. The power supply repair does not touch the storage: your games and saves remain intact.
Can I send my console for the power supply repair from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers all of Canada. Your label is emailed to you after booking. Pack your console in a rigid box with padding.
Is my console insured during shipping?
Yes, your console is insured for its value both ways, with tracking and signature on delivery.

Your character or camera moves on its own, without touching the joystick? That is “stick drift”, a very common joystick wear issue. No need to buy a new controller: we replace the joysticks, with a choice of standard analog joysticks or TMR joysticks, more durable and designed to resist drift.
