My Switch died after a non-official charger: can it be repaired?
Often, yes. These chargers frequently damage the M92T36 or BQ24193 chips, which we replace by micro-soldering.
Will my games and saves be kept?
In most cases, yes: we repair your motherboard rather than replacing it, so its internal memory is kept. We cannot guarantee it for every fault, however. With Nintendo Switch Online, your saves are also backed up in the cloud.
