On the Switch OLED, where the glass is bonded to the panel, we separate them with dedicated equipment and keep your original OLED display: you keep its colours and contrast, for much less than a complete screen. Will the touch screen work like before?
Yes. The new glass includes the touch layer: we test touch response over the whole surface before returning your console.
The image has spots or lines: is the glass enough?
No. In that case the display itself is damaged: choose the screen repair. When in doubt, the diagnosis is free.

How long does the glass replacement take?
24 hours from when we receive your console. For a mail-in repair, add the Purolator shipping time, which depends on your city.
Are my games and saves kept?
Yes. The glass replacement does not touch the storage: your games and saves remain intact.
Can I send my console for the glass replacement from outside Montreal?
Yes. Our Purolator mail-in service covers all of Canada. Your label is emailed to you after booking. Pack your console in a rigid box with padding.
Is my console insured during shipping?
Yes, your console is insured for its value both ways, with tracking and signature on delivery.
A drifting controller? We repair it too
Your character or camera moves on its own, without touching the joystick? That is “stick drift”, a very common joystick wear issue. No need to buy a new controller: we replace the joysticks, with a choice of standard analog joysticks or TMR joysticks, more durable and designed to resist drift. Bring your controllers along with your console.
